Local 399/817 Casting Professionals
Industry Professionals working as Casting Directors, Associate Casting Directors, or Casting Assistants under the Local 399/817 Casting Directors Agreement who are required to complete training through Contract Services can apply for access by registering on the Industry Hub (thehub.org).
Overview
The application process is entirely online. To begin, you’ll need to create a free Portal account at the Contract Services Industry Hub. Using your Portal, you will start the application process, electronically sign an application form, upload your required work experience documentation, and complete your training requirements.If you complete all these steps, your name will appear on the Industry Hub, and your record will show as training compliant.
After completing the application process, you may be asked to complete additional training required for your classification. If you have additional training requirements, you will be assigned a new deadline to complete them (generally 90 days for online courses). Also, keep in mind that you will be required to refresh these courses from time to time, so remember to check your Portal to stay up to date with your requirements and deadlines.
