CURRENT SAFETY PASS PROGRAM TRAINING TIMELINE

All Locals have passed their initial timeline. Timelines for new requirements are listed below.

Individuals who are newly eligible for training and belong to a roster local will have 90 days from the day they become active on the Industry Experience Roster to complete their training.

Individuals who are newly eligible for training and belong to a non-roster local will have 90 days from the day they satisfy their eligibility requirements to complete their training.

Those who do not complete all required safety training by the end of their assigned timeline, as noted above, are not in compliance with Safety Pass training requirements; and, therefore, not safety-trained for employment in California or to be hired in California and transported out of California.
