Contract Services’ Transportation staff are the point of contact for Producers who wish to join our Nationwide Substance Testing Program (NSTP). Transportation staff handle Producer onboarding for new consortium members and maintain each employer’s Designated Employer Representative (DER) contacts.

NSTP helps Producers track and manage compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) drug & alcohol testing requirements, including administering required tests, managing the random testing pool, assisting with FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements, and providing annual testing summaries (MIS data collection).
