Transportation Employment Application Management (TEAM)

Contract Services’ TEAM staff are the point of contact for Local #399 Consenting Producers who wish to join the Contract Services Local #399 DOT Substance Testing Program. TEAM staff handle Producer onboarding for new consortium members and maintains each employer’s Designated Employer Representative (DER) contacts.

The TEAM department also helps manage aspects of the Daily Hire List (DHL) and works closely with the Substance Testing Program (STP) and the Roster #399 desk to help ensure those industry professionals working in a Local #399 classification remain compliant with industry requirements.
