COVID-19 Prevention Training
Consistent with the recommendations set forth in the motion picture production industry’s White Paper and the requirements of the COVID-19 Return-to-Work Agreement between the AMPTP, on the one hand, and several industry unions and guilds (viz., the DGA, IATSE, SAG-AFTRA and the Teamsters/Basic Crafts) on the other, Contract Services has developed a COVID-19 Prevention Training course (“C19” — COVID-19 Prevention Training) for the production workforce. This course is optimized for delivery on smartphones and other mobile devices, but it may also be completed using a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
To access the course, please review the scenarios below and select the button that pertains to your situation:
I am an employee in the motion picture and television industry who reflects on Contract Services’ Online Roster and/or has a Contract Services Portal Account. (This should apply to you if you are an employee working under an IATSE West Coast Studio Local Agreement or a Basic Crafts Agreement, if you appear on a DGA Qualification List [as a UPM or AD, for example] or if you are a SAG-AFTRA-represented Stunt Coordinator.) |
I am an employee in the motion picture industry working under the IATSE Area Standards Agreement (ASA) and have an IATSE Training Trust Fund (IATTF) Portal Account. Click the button below to access the C19 course via your IATTF Portal. |
I am not on Contract Services’ Online Roster and do not have a Contract Services Portal Account, but I was referred for training by my employer, and I received an email with login instructions and an access link to take the C19 Course. Use the link in the email to create your account and to access the course for the first time. Use the button below to re-access the course once you have created your account. (Note that if you can access the course as a “Contract Services User” [the option above], you should select that option even if your employer has initiated an access email for you. Kindly inform your employer that you do not need the emailed link to access the course.) |
I am a motion picture and television industry employer and wish to refer my employees for C19 training. If you are an eligible employer, you will use this method to assign the training to your employees who do not reflect on Contract Services’ Online Roster (i.e., they are not on the Industry Experience Roster or other training list administered by Contract Services) and are not on a DGA Qualification List or a SAG-AFTRA-represented Stunt Coordinator.
